Brian Suchy

My name is Brian Suchy and I am a Software Engineer at Google. I am formerly a part of the Prescience Lab at Northwestern led by Dr. Peter Dinda. This group focuses on low-level software, kernel, and architectural development for parallel and scientific systems and how the layers of the computing stack interact with one another.

I am currently investigating how I can utilize a combination of the compiler, runtime, and kernel to replace key components to the computing stack. Most recently I used this combo to remove the need for virtual memory with a a system that can operate with only physical addresses.
